Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

• in the case of partial deliveries: from the day you received the final part of the delivery.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you – including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) – without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., personalized or custom-made sculptures).
