1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available: Credit card, PayPal, Sofort (instant bank transfer), Klarna, etc.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. Details are provided in our Right of Withdrawal section.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made sculptures created to customer specifications.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. For disputes with business customers, the competent court at the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
