Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over €100.

Our products are shipped via Austrian Post and DHL.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

Damaged or Lost Items

Please report any transport damage immediately to the delivery service and to us. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
